  • Courier Service: We partner with The Courier Guy for reliable delivery. They typically deliver within 1-2 working days (depending on your location) once your order has been processed and dispatched.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: Delivery will typically take 7 to 20 working days, depending on your location and courier handling time. This timeframe excludes weekends and public holidays.

2. Shipping Options at Checkout

  • Standard Delivery: This is the most affordable option, with delivery made within 1-2 working days (subject to your location).

  • Specialized Delivery: For locations such as hospitals, farms, or work addresses, we offer a specialized delivery option, which incurs an additional charge. This service ensures that deliveries are made to non-residential addresses.

3. Order Processing

  • Processing Time: After payment is received, your order will be processed within 1-2 business days, where it will undergo packaging and preparation.

  • Weekend and Public Holiday Orders: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

4. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

  • Tracking Information: After your order has cleared SA Customs and undergone the final inspection (which may take 1 day after clearing customs), we will provide you with a tracking number via email.

  • Tracking Your Order: You can track your order’s progress using the provided tracking number through The Courier Guy's tracking system.

  • Shipping Fees: Shipping costs will be calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your package and your delivery location.
